You describe your company — what it does, where it works, what projects fit, what it doesn’t want — and your agent checks government bid sources every day, compares each opportunity with your profile, and sends you the ones worth reviewing with the reasons they fit. It is a research and matching service for businesses that don’t have a government business-development department.

A bid alert tells everybody what was posted that matched a keyword. fishbAIt qualifies each opportunity against your real capabilities, territory, certifications, and project size; personalizes the shortlist to your company; and explains every match in plain language. You also give feedback — Interested or Not for us, and why — and your agent learns your judgment over time.

No. fishbAIt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any federal, state, parish, or local government or agency. Opportunity information is gathered from public sources such as SAM.gov and state and local public-notice publications. The official solicitation issued by the government always controls, and you are responsible for reading it.

No. Your agent finds opportunities, explains why they fit, extracts requirements and deadlines, and answers your questions about them. It does not submit bids, represent you to any agency, or make decisions for you. You stay in charge of every pursuit.

No. Nothing in fishbAIt is a promise that you will find, be awarded, or profit from any contract, and fishbAIt does not determine or certify that your business is eligible for any opportunity. Requirements shown are extracted from source material and can be incomplete or out of date. What fishbAIt promises is that a capable company will stop missing the work that fits it.

Federal contract opportunities from SAM.gov, nationwide, and Louisiana state and local public bid notices — parishes, municipalities, school systems, and universities — through the statewide public-notice publication. Additional states and local sources are added deliberately. Inside the product you can see exactly which sources are covered and when each was last successfully updated, so coverage is never overstated.

Not to start. Your agent can be set up and calibrated while your registration is in progress. To actually pursue federal work you will need an active SAM.gov registration and a UEI, and many state and local buyers have their own vendor registration. fishbAIt doesn’t register you, but it will tell you when a registration or certification appears to be required for an opportunity.

No — the agent is software. Summaries, explanations, classifications, extracted requirements, and conversational answers are produced by automated systems, including artificial intelligence, and can be inaccurate. No employee reviews your account continuously unless you have purchased a service that expressly says so. Every match links to the official source so you can verify anything you rely on. People at fishbAIt do handle your onboarding, calibration, and support.

Most of the work is done by your agent reading your website and documents. You review the proposed profile, fill in the details it can’t know — territory, project size, exclusions — and approve it. Before going live, your agent is calibrated against recent real opportunities and you confirm the shortlist looks right. Your agent cannot be switched on until payment, the required information, calibration, and your approval are complete.

Yes. Your account Owner controls billing and can invite people and assign roles that limit what each person can see and do — owner, administrator, everyday user, or view-only.

A one-time Agent Creation Fee covers building, calibrating, and activating your agent. After that, a flat monthly subscription covers federal opportunities, with optional add-ons for state and local coverage. All fees are quoted and billed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. Contact us for current pricing.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure pages and are never seen or stored by fishbAIt. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel, and you can see your next charge and its date on your billing page at any time.

There is no long-term contract. Your subscription is month to month, and you can cancel at any time from your billing page or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period — you are always shown the date your access ends — and you are not charged again after that date.

Cancelling does not refund the current month. The Agent Creation Fee is earned once your agent has been activated; if you cancel before activation, contact us and we will consider a refund of the unearned portion in good faith. The full policy is on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

Where we are required to collect tax — including Louisiana state and local sales tax on digital products and services — it is calculated and added at checkout and on each invoice.

Your profile, documents, feedback, pipeline, and conversation history are yours. Your data is kept separate from every other customer’s; no other customer can see it. fishbAIt staff access your account only to provide support you asked for, to investigate a problem, or as required by law, and every such access is recorded and visible to you. No. Your data is not used to train models that are shared with other customers, and we do not train a separate model on your data. Your agent’s learning is your company’s profile, feedback, and history, kept in your own account.

Yes. Your account Owner can review, correct, export, and delete what the service holds about your business from within the service, subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as billing and audit records.
